Global manufacturing dashboard PoC

A dashboard created for management in a manufacturing company with 60 factories around the globe as part of an Industry 4.0 initiative. It enables faster decision making and better overview of the company’s production and supply chain. In the dashboard you can get an overview of global production data; production, energy consumption and cost indicators for each factory and sensor data for individual pieces of machinery.

We developed a Dashboard Proof of Concept for Coats in relation to an industry 4.0 project for a large global thread manufacturer. By working closely with Coats together with Arundo Analytics we managed to go from a couple of rough concept sketches and data to a working prototype in 6 weeks.
